Sparring Syllabus Seminars

Practical seminar for green belts and above (or yellow belts with instructor's permission). This course is designed to help get your free sparring or instructing for free sparring.An itkd subsidised seminar open to all itkd members interested in sparring or learning the new sparring syllabus.

What you will learn

  • Basic sparring footwork drills geared towards yellow belt level students
  • Attacking drills for green belt level
  • Counter drills for blue belts
  • Combinations ideal for red belts and above.

Dress: Dobok
Bring: A snack, drink bottle & sparring gear.
